Joining early access
Joining early access is free. You don't pay anything until your seat opens and you decide to start, so there is nothing to refund before then.
Cancelling your plan
- You can cancel anytime, from your account or by emailing hi@adsure.in from the email you signed up with.
- Cancelling stops your next payment. You keep full access until the end of the month you've already paid for.
- There are no cancellation fees and no lock-in.
Plan payments
Monthly plan payments are not refunded, including for part of a month or for reviews you didn't use. If AdSure isn't right for you, cancel and you won't be charged again. You keep full access until the end of the month you've paid for, so you get the whole month you paid for.
Wrong charges
We will always refund in full if:
- you were charged twice, or charged by mistake;
- you were charged after you cancelled;
- we closed your account without you breaking our Terms of Service (we refund the unused part of the month).
Expert calls

How refunds are paid
Refunds apply only to expert calls and wrong charges, as explained above. Email hi@adsure.in from the email you signed up with, and include the payment ID from your receipt if you have it.
Once a refund is approved, it goes back to the way you paid, through Razorpay. It usually reaches you in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
How AdSure is delivered
AdSure is an online service. Nothing is shipped. Your plan starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, and you use it at app.adsure.in. Reviews and reports are delivered in the app, and some by email. Expert calls happen online at the time you book.
